I have a set of Sunfire GT Sideskirts that will come with it to finish off the ground effects. One skirt is damaged. It is useable though.

The black leather shift knob is removed and the stock shift knob of the same style is put back on.

THE BAD:

Pretty much what you would expect from a 10+ year old car. Has some wear and tear to it (rust starting, door dings/dents, paint isn't flawless) but it has been very reliable. Only major issues I had with it was when I first bought it 4 years ago with 114k miles on it. Currently has just shy of 176k miles on it.

07/29/09 - Well the project is 95% dead. Decided money spent elsewhere is more important. Started selling off some of the parts for the car. Major changes so far is got rid of the VIS Racing Invader Hood and Rota Boost Rims and now have an OEM C/F Hood & 95-99 Z24 Rims. Pics on Page 2.
06/30/09 - Well the Project is pretty much coming to a close. I'm trading off the VIS Racing Carbon Fiber Invader Hood and the Brake Parts I've had for sale for an OEM C/F Hood and a set of 95-99 Z24 Rims. I'll then be selling the Rota Boosts rims. I'm gonna finally get off my ass and get the Corsica running and if its reliable, I'll probably be selling the Cavalier. If I do go down that road, I plan on keep a few of the rarer parts and come back to modding a J down the road, when I'm more financial stable.
04/15/09 - Got a few more things finished. Over the weekend put on the Powerslot Rotors, Hawk Pads, & Painted Calipers. Pics on Page 4. Tonight Installed BoltZDesignZ.com Decal, C/F Pedals, C/F HVAC Overlay, and 1998 Gauge Cluster w/ Tach. Pics on Page 2 & 3. Picking up a set of KYB AGX Struts & Eibach Pro Kit Springs this weekend. 04/05/09 - The Cavalier is fixed! Finally got off my lazy ass and picked up a new Overflow Cap. Filled up the overflow, bled the system and went driving around aimlessly for over an hour. No coolant pissing out and the temp gauge stayed right in the middle. Yippee. Put the one piece headlights back on this weekend. Also removed the old decals on the rear quarter windows and replaced them with WIGM-Tuners.org ones. Pics on Page 2.
03/24/09 - Spring Time and that means new parts. Picked up a shift boot (finally), set of Toyota Cavalier Coupe Mirrors, and Set of 00 Toyota Cavalier Outer Taillights. The outers will be painted black to match my 96-99 Toyota Cavalier Inner Taillights. The mirrors look the same as what I already have on the car (the blue ones), just they are made for the coupe so they'll fit perfect and they're in primer. Pics on page 2 & 3. Other then that, the car might need a Head Gasket. Its been overheating ever since shortly after I got it back on the road in Aug. I had put a older style cap on the overflow, so I'm gonna go get a new cap and bleed the coolant system and see if that does any good. Otherwise, it's most likely a head gasket. :( If thats the case, I might just get a new Cavalier. I've been watching Craigslist for any good deals for a similar cavalier with lesser miles OR just a 2200 engine with lower miles for cheap. If I can't find either here shortly, I'll just get the head gasket done.
11/26/08 - Rims are finally on. Wrong time of the year I know, but I needed the Steelies from the Cavalier to put on my Sunfire for Winter. Pics on Page 2.
08/26/08 - On The Ride Again! Spent 3 hours last night putting the car together last night so it could be taken to Firestone for the broken lugstuds today. Took it out for a lil photoshoot after picking it up. Pics on Page 2. Also I won the end of July Caption Contest here on Cardomain. (CLICK HERE TO SEE ). 08/01/08 - Slowly selling off all the extra parts. The Import Fighter Front left a few weeks back (still miss it). Finally got some picks up of how the front of the car currently looks now. Also started working on the custom rear "cavalier" emblem. Pics on Page 2.
07/11/08 - MAJOR UPDATE! I've decided to ditch the body kit (among other smaller things). Mostly due to personal reasons and some of the stuff I will never get around to installing for awhile. I just want to get the car fixed and out on the road. Check out everything I have for sale on Page 10.
06/25/08 - Few small updates. Painted my Calipers and Rotors black. Picked up a set of Vibrant Strut Bars. Fronts on, Rear still needs to go on. Also scored a wiper motor from a friend, so all thats left is to fix the lugs and she's good to drive. Pictures of Painted Brakes on Page 4. Also updated For Sale list on Page 10
06/05/08 - Picked up some new black one piece headlights this last week. Realized I'll never finish my plans for the set of black projectors I have, so I picked up the one piece ones and called it a day. Sneak peek pics on Page 2.

03/31/08 - Had a couple free minutes tonight. Propped the IF Front up and snapped a few pics to get an idea of how it looks with the Invader Hood. Also just got my hands on a few more parts. 02 LS Sport Muffler, Calipers (to paint black), SS Braided Brake Lines, Rear OEM Graphite Floor mats and Angel Eyes. Also got a GM Car Show Sign Board. 03/22/08 - New hood came today. VIS Racing C/F Invader Hood. Got it from a friend that sold his Cavalier. Gave me a great deal on it. Pics on Page 2.
03/17/08 - IT'S ALIVE!!! Had to borrow a battery charger, but I got the car running today and it saw the outside of the garage for the first time in over a year. Got the interior put 95% back together. Then, later tonight sold the Hood. New one coming soon. Possibly this weekend. Pics on Page 2 & 3.
03/01/08 - Finally got some new rims. Picked up a set of 17" Rota Boost Rims wrapped in Nitto Neo Gen Tires with McGuard Lugs/Wheel Locks. Got them from a friend who was parting out his car to sell. Also started putting the Interior Back together. Still have to remove the old Pedals and Glove Box Door, the only things left blue in the interior. Pics on Page 2 and 3. 02/19/08 - Nothing much has happened to the car since the last update. Just doing a lil spring cleaning to the ole Cardomain page. Car's just chillin in the garage in pieces atm. Either been too cold or i've just been busy with the family to work on the car. Things should pick up soon though. Gotta have the car back together by mid-May.
08/23/07 - Since last update, picked up 8 inch shorty antenna, trd eyelids, 02 LS Sport Spoiler. Trimmed both the rear & front crush guards to fit the new bumpers. Front needs some minor trimming yet. then its heat up and smooth out the rear and bolt them on.
07/19/07 - Picked up a set of Type J Side Skirts and Door Strikes last night. Traded the guy the RK Sport Lip, Razzi Sides, and 02 LS Sport Trunk Lid for it. Small price to pay to finish off the kit. Pics on Page 2. Also working on updated everything I have for Sale on Page 10.
07/09/07 - Picked up an Import Fighter Front Bumper and Razzi Sideskirts that I won off eBay last week. Keeping the Front Bumper and selling the Sideskirts. Pics of the front on Page 2. Pics of the Sideskirts on Page 10.
06/20/07 - Got the Toyota Mirrors on. Had to drill the holes bigger due to them being for a Sedan. Also pulled the center console out and put it in Spitfire. Gotta have two cup holders in the DD. Couple Pics on Page 2.
05/24/07 - Lot has changed since the last update. Moved into a new place. One with a garage! :-) Just brought the Cavalier out to its new home this last weekend. Swapped on the C/F Blister Hood and 02 LS Sport Trunk Lid. Also started working on the projectors. Pics on page two.
03/23/07 - Started ripping into the Cavi. Started with the interior but also pulled a few things outta the engine bay. Took a few pics also. :-)
03/19/07 - IT BEGINS!!! Pulled the Sunfire out last week and got that to daily driver status over the weekend. Cavalier now sits in the garage for me to work on throughout the year. Yay!!! So far, I pulled out the blue and black interior and put it in the sunfire and pulled the euro style antenna off and put it on the sunfire also. Now I have to start getting the room full of parts I have on it. :-)
01/23/07 - Not much of an update persay. Just sharing that I have changed my mind on what I'm doing. I've decided once winter is over, replace the fender and headlights on the Sunfire and use it as my Daily Driver. I plan on continuing my modding efforts on the Cavalier. I just have too much stuff for the Cavalier to quit it and start from scratch on the Sunfire. The blue/black steering wheel cover, floor mats, and seat covers are going into the sunfire and the Cavalier interior will be Black & Graphite with Carbon Fiber accents. Also looking into putting some Leather SRT-4 Seats (Front and Rear) into it. The exterior will be going multicolored and probably primer by late summer. I will be putting on the 02 LS Sport spoiler and trunk lid, 00-02 RK Sport Front Lip that will be fitted to my 95-99 Z24 Front Bumper, RK Sport Rear Bumper, & Black Projectors (I still need to finish taking them apart, cleaning them, and resealing them) that I have already. I also plan on getting GMX Sideskirts & 00 Toyota Cavalier Outer Tails (painted black to match my 96-99 Toyota Cavalier Inner Tails). Nothing performance/suspension wise planned until Fall at the earliest. I plan on getting a Header and then swapping the High Flow Cat and Cat Back Exhaust over from the Sunfire. Also want to finally lower the Cavalier too. Probably won't see another update from me until spring. Later all.

11/01/06 Well the cavalier's chapter in modding is coming to a close. I'm picking up a 96 Sunfire from a friend that will be my new project car. It'll be getting everything swappable from the cavalier. I'll also be doing a 00-02 Cavalier front end conversion to it & a 03+ Sunfire Rear End Conversion to it. Hopefully have it all nice and the way I want it before show season next year (minus paint :( ). The Cavalier will become the daily driver for me. I'll probably slap the toyota tails I have on and call it a day on the exterior. I did pick up an entire interior for it, so i'll probably paint that up and put it in. That'll be all thats left of its modding life. Unless the g/f gets into modding cars.
10/28/06 Finally got a chance to update. Added A Few more Exterior Pics. Went to Import Wars #7 @ GLD. Left with Second Place J-Body Class. My first trophy! :) Also had a J-Body Meet last week. Turnout wasn't great due to weather. Hood's coming off soon for winter and I might be returning the Cavalier to stock for good. Might be picking up a 96 Sunfire for my project car. It'll be coming with I/H/E, 3 speed shift kit, Roller Rockers, @ Cavalier Front End. Should be fun working on it. :)
09/24/06 IT BEGINS! Went out to my parents this weekend for a car show/swap meet. Afterwards, I put my new RK Sport Carbon Fiber Blister Hood on. Check out the pics on Page 2.
09/19/06 Had the Sept WI J-Tuners Meet this last sunday. 30 cars came. Pics on page 8. Also took some pics of my car after I waxed it to get ready for the meet. Pics on page 2. Multicolored car should be here next update. Hood is suppose to be here tomorrow. Then it's no turning back. :)
09/01/06 news update! GOING MULTICOLORED SOON! :) I purchased a c/f blister hood from rksport, came last week. ended up being for a 03+. :( but they are taking care of it. once the correct hood gets here, there's no turning back on multicolored (until its all done and then i'll paint everything at once). also got a steal on some toyo tails. i got 2 sets except one set is missing the drivers outer and the other set the drivers outer has a hole in the lense. can you say custom outers. and i only paid $120 for them shipped from japan. thats about it for now. next update will be once the new hood gets here and i got pics of it on the car.

08/17/06 finally got around to catching up the cardomain with the pics I took. Basically anything dated May and newer was just put up. I will be added more soon as I just picked up some toyota tail sets and a new hood. Also starting to update my for sale page. well thats about it for now. keep checking back.
07/16/06 oh my gawd, two updates back to back. amazing coming from me. well i just went up to a friends work and traded some parts to him. i gave him a set of 95-99 stock tail lights and cash for a set or euro tails and a half done polished valve cover. i'll try and get pics up next weekend.
07/15/06 HOT DAMN! Its been a long time since an update. Not much has changed to the car. I purchased a body kit only to have DHL fuck that up, now i'm getting a refund on it. Also replaced my pads and rotors with Baer DecelaRotors and Hawk Performance Pads. I don't think anything else has really changed otherwise. Check out all my pages as I'm updating them all!
01/28/06 - Parts are starting to pile up in my room now. i have black projectors, black corners, center caps, 2 type r subs in a sealed box, m3 mirrors, upper engine mount, pedal covers, outer tail lights all sitting there waiting for install along with some more extra stock interior pieces to swap in. took some pics a few weeks back. check them out on page 2.
12/15/05 - Been a long time since the last update. Went to a few J-Body Meets since the last update. One down in Chicago Halloween Weekend and one in Appleton, WI a few weeks after. Pics of both on page 7. Few things have changed to the Cavalier. First got a new Head Unit, Pioneer DEH-P6700MP. Pics on Page 4. Also, got a EuroStyle Antenna. And heres the big one, bought some rims a couple months back and finally got tires for them and put them on! :D 16" Eagle Alloys wrapped in Hankook Ventus V4 ES H105 Tires (205/55/16). Pics on Page 2. Other then that I don't think anything else has changed. Things are gonna though. Got a good job. $31k a year. Plan on getting new subs (Alpine Type R probably), lowering the car, and getting black projectors and corners before summer.
09/29/05 - Not much happening lately. Went to a car meet this last weekend in Milwaukee. Pics on page 7. Got rid of an item and added an item on my stuff for sale on page 9.
08/27/05 - Well I had planned on putting on everything I still have laying around today, but the weather wasn't looking too good. I managed to put the third brake light decal on and the strut tower bar on. All I have left now is M3 Mirrors and Sideskirts. Also, I'm going to be getting a set of Eagle Alloy Rims soon. New pics on pages 2 & 5.
08/23/05 - Well some changes happening finally to the Cavalier. Got some more stuff for it. Picked up a Ractive Strut Bar, M3 Mirrors, Cavalier Third Brake Light Cover, and Ichibahn Cruz Shift Knob. Also got started on painting the interior. Got all the pieces I had so far painted and installed. New pics on Page 2 & 3. Also had a Meet up in Fond Du Lac, WI this last weekend. Great weather + awesome people = One Hell Of A Time! Pics of that on Page 7. My stuff for sale has also changed up a little bit again (Page 9 now). Will probably be updating again in the next few weeks with some more pics. Keep Checking Back.
08/08/05 - Where to begin. Went to Import Wars at GLD by Milwaukee a couple weeks back. Then went back to Brian (SpeedRacerZ) place and swapped him my trunk for one he had with the 95-99 Z24 Spoiler on it and got a new center console. Took the 95-99 Stock Tails I had laying around and custom painted them. Also, bought a interior seat that included front and rear seat covers, seat belt covers, and steering wheel cover off ebay. This last weekend went up to Minnesota for a car show and MN-J's meet. Was pretty fun. The MN-Js got the club participation award and I got the farthest traveled award. Went up with my friend and had to give him a ride home. There was an accident on the way from the show back to one of the guys house. His car ended up totaled. So now it's sitting in a salvage yard up in Minnesota. Thats about it. New pics on Pages 2, 3, & 7. Also updated my stuff for sale on Page 8. Next update should hopefully bring my new LS Sport Rims, empty trunk (bye bye stereo), Ichibahn shifter and shift boot/emergency brake boot Along with some painted stuff for the interior.
07/17/05 - Not much has been happening to the car lately. Started collecting interior pieces to paint. Going for a black and blue themed interior. Went to Fond Du Lac to get some visors and interior pieces. Get home and come to find out that the visors won't work cuz they're from a sedan and they don't sit right. Got my order of JBO stickers and put them on my rear side windows. Finally went and ordered another set of euro clear bumpers to replace my cracked one. Went to a J-Body Meet today in Madison, WI. Only two other people showed up. Swapped visors with the one guy though. Pics of the meet on Page 7. Gonna be selling my subs, box, and trunk wall. Gonna get a single 12 in sub and a new custom enclosure. Gotta make some room in the trunk to put other stuff. Gonna be a dad come Febuary. :) Also on the lookout for some Z26 rims. That'll probably be it for this year. Also got rid of some of my old stuff. My g/f's mom's cavi needed a new rear bumper, outer tails, and driver side corner lense. go check out Page 8 for my updated list of stuff for sale.
06/22/05 - Well I went through and cleaned the car and washed it this last weekend. Right in middle of cleaning it, I figured I'd finally put my headliner in. Got that in finally and I'm going to get matching visors this weekend. The interior looks so much better already. Also put up my bros new car (97 Honda Accord SE).
05/08/05 - Car went through a lil bit of a transformation today. Went down to Elkhorn to Brian's (SpeedRacerZ) House to swap my 00-02 Base Model Rear Bumper for a 95-99 Z24 Rear Bumper. Got that done and then decided to get some 00-02 taillights and a graphite headliner from him, too. all for $50 and my old 00-02 base model Rear Bumper. So now I have a set of 95-99 Taillights for sale. Check them and all my other items that are for sale out on Page 8. Thanks again Brian!
04/18/05 - Well things didn't go quite as planned this last weekend. Never got my side skirts on and only got the upper engine mount. Thanks Scott (GreenRKZ) for the mount. But anyways, on my way home Friday from getting the engine mount I stopped in Whitewater and took a few pics. Check them out on Page 2. Also, went to my first car meet on Sunday. J-Body meet in Madison WI. Check out pics of it on Page 7. Well on another downer, cars back in the shop. Finally getting my Power Steering Fluid leak fixed.
04/11/05 - Well I got a new digital camera. Kodak EasyShare CX7330 for $140. So I had to try it out and take my first pics of the car for the new year. Also, will be putting the side skirts on this weekend and getting engine mounts this weekend too.
03/21/05 - Went up to Eau Claire (almost Minnesota) and picked up some Z Side Skirts for my car from Jason for $30 yesterday. Awesome guy! Probably won't be putting them on until next month when it's actually nice and dry out.
03/11/05 - Haven't updated in awhile. lets see. had problems with my engine overheating and blowing out all my antifreeze. got the thermostat and fan relay switch replaced. then i wasn't getting any heat. needed a new head gasket. :( $700 later thats all fixed but now i'm occasionally losing my power steering fluid. think it's a hose. going in the shop next week to find out. in other, more happy news, getting my z sides next weekend and ordering rear side window covers from advanced auto parts too. also looking at some ls sport rims. hopefully i can afford it all. lets hope!
12/31/04 - Well I got my new amp. Got a Kenwood KAC-7201. Its a two channel amp that pushes out 150w X 2 rms, 400w X 2 max at 4 ohms. perfect for my subs. I got it installed today and everything set up, but had a problem. it killed the battery. DAMMIT!!! My Lightning Audio Amp is now powering my rear 6x9s.
12/29/04 - Hoping to get a new amp to fully power both of my subs. Other than that not much happening to the car. Still looking for sideskirts. Blew all the antifreeze out about 3 weeks ago. Replaced and running fine now. Got the spark plugs replaced too. Also had another oil change. Up to almost 126k miles.
10/01/04 - Put on my new APC Euro Clear Corners and Clear Bumper Lenses today. Just ordered them from Autozone last friday and sed they'd be in by oct 4. they called me wednesday and sed they were in. 5 days ain't too bad. :)
09/29/04 - Second oil change done today. Mobil 1 Filter and 5W-30 oil. Had my lil bro take it to school to do it. Easier when you have a lift. When he came home i (finally) put in my Sony 5-1/4" speakers in the doors and made my HVAC knobs clear.
09/27/04 - Well I got myself a rear bumper yesterday. Went to the Madison Classic Car Show/Swap Meet here in Jefferson, WI. found a 00-02 Rear Bumper for $50. Black, too. Now I juss need the side skirts for the exterior to be complete. Also bought a decal for the rear window.
09/24/04 - Put my new Weapon-R Dragon Intake on today. Came with an extra filter and a breather filter for the valve cover. All for $75. got it from wanacavy in my friends list. Also was taking off my bumper lights to rip apart and clean cuz their dirty and had condensation and found out the one was broken. :( had to put the orange ones from my old bumper in. Now have clear corners and clear bumper lenses on order at autozone. estimated time of arrival is oct. 4th. can't wait. :)
09/19/04 - Washed the car and took some new pics today. Nothing too special. Put up my car wallpaper too on page 6. check it out. Also coming up on oil change #2. And I've only had the car for 3 months. :)
09/07/04 - Not much happenin to the car. Short on funds right now. Did make a custom wall to fit around my subs in the trunk so that you can't see into the trunk when i fold down the back seat. Check out the pics on page 3.
08/18/04 - Had some extra time today, so I decided to make some grill inserts for my new Z24 Bumper. Turned out pretty good. Afterwards, I was in Whitewater and decided to take a few pics before it rained.
08/16/04 - Wow only a day since my last update and i'm already updating again. Well my car has taken a some what major appearance change. I got a z24 front bumper last nite from a guy named scott in kenosha for $100 and installed it today. Really like the look. Now I juss need to get a new back bumper. :)
08/15/04 - Had some time this weekend and some spare cash. Got some new hubs and pedals. Also started painting in the engine bay and de-badging my car. Next is painting the steel rims. Help me out with that in my poll. First, oil change was this week, too. It was a lil over due. :( 4000 miles in 2 months. Put a Fram Gold filter on with Mobil 1 Synthetic 5W-30 Oil.
07/31/04 - Well its been a few weeks. The problem i had last time was the power steering pump was going on it. Didn't cost too much. Also, I've been gettin more hours at work and that means more money. So while the money's still rollin in I'm gonna get a few things done with my car. Intake, Windows Tinted, and the Z24 Body Kit. Just don't know the order yet. Let me know in the poll which one you think I should get done first. Also I just got a hood protector and I'm gettin new pedals (once best buy finally gets them in).
07/12/04 - Cars in the shop. :( Leakin power steering from somewhere. Hopefully won't cost too much. Next paycheck, I plan on gettin ractive pedals and a bra. Then, saving up for the intake and taillights.
06/26/04 - Well I went shopping today. Bought a K&N Air Filter ($27.99), Blue Wire Loom, and a license plate holder. Put the K&N Filter in and started dressing up the engine bay with the blue loom. Picture on page 5 of my progress.
