Puting it together
here is the shell, 1991 S13 clean, both frame rail are rusted through, as all canadian 240sx are, but the rear frame rails are in really good shape

Started to sandblast, maaan its a messy job, but good results
started to prime

Did both rails on the car, they were pierced through by the rust, obviously, but inside and floor was in good condition. I did it right, bought the frame rails, $63.14 each at Nissan dealer

took the driver frame rail out, meh, I could've buffed it out....you think?

underneath frame rail, very clean, sandblasted it primed and painted
new one fits like a glove
