8/26/04 the 5.0L engine came from "the engine factory" here are a few details and specs:
-Edelbrock "high-flo" 70mm throttle body
-Edelbrock Performer RPM II Intake manifold
-Edelbrock Performer heads
-Retro fit hydraulic roller lifters from Comp Cams
-Magnum roller rocker arms from Comp Cams
-MSD ignition
-Proform chrome alternator
-Ford Racing pulleys
-Ford Racing starter
-Ford Racing injectors and fuel rail

All of this combined should put out around 370 horse power and 340 ft/lb of tork.

8/23/04 the Tremec 5-speed came in...

-The racing fuel cell from Fuel Safe is in place behind the rear differential. It has the fuel pump already installed inside the cell. This fuel cell should hold about 21 gallons which will allow for our fuel injected 302 to be able to go about 450 miles on one fill up (on the highway).

-The chasis wiring harness and fuse box from painless has been mounted behind where the dash will be. We should begin running the wires around when the engine comes in. For now, here are a few pictures.

Sweet ride, I am going to purchase a Factory 5 MKIII as soon as my mustang is paid off. I ordered the dvd and info and LOVE everything I seen, looks like sooo much fun to build and to piss off middle aged men in corvettes with!! I am considering a 32Valve 4.6 mod motor, tremec 6-speed with an 8.8 trac lok w/3.73:1 gears.
