Update 04/02/2009
Got a lot of work done late this winter! The plans were to finally get the car painted, but a local guy decided to sell his 10.50 ET 347 stroker for a price that was just too good to pass up so it found its way into my engine bay. At the present, my C9 Windsor heads are barely good enough to get it moving, and i would benefit from a single plane intake and bigger carb but the dyno numbers look pretty good. The engine is a stock block with an Eagle crank and Eagle rods, with SRP forged pistons and ARP bolts throughout. With my heads it checks in around 9.25:1 compression which is a bit tame but it's plenty safe for pump gas. The next time my heads are off i'm going to have them milled down to 58cc chambers which should put the CR up a bit. The rest of the engine combo is unchanged for the time being with the exception of an Anderson Ford Motorsports N-91 cam measuring .576/.576 lift, 307/315 duration and 110lsa. I was afraid that the cam would be a bit overkill especially with my heads and intake, but it runs fantastic. I'm sure it'll run even better with aftermarket heads. The engine itself looks pretty much identical to the old one except it's painted Ford blue. Also here's a recent pic of the car while it was on the dyno. Track times coming soon :)
