OneClassyJag's 1986 Jaguar XJ Sedan

We just bought this car from our good friends Mark and Claudia. Mark had completely restored it complete with a fresh PPG paint job.

very nice car! i have a very similar car, but mine is an 87 with the 12 and with the gold leaping Jag on the hood. please...don't get spinners. but my question is on where your friend found the replacement parts and what kind of paint he used/recommends. thanks.

nice car i have a 86 Vanden Plas, same color. To me thats the nicest color for a jag. But if you want your jag to be super classy. get the gold leaping Jag on the hood. change your wheels to wire wheels and get the gold spinners. Your color and those changes will keep your car classy, but have ever luxery car, race car and etc wondering why i didnt get one of those. Sucks for them cause they stopped making them in 87. but from one jag lover your model is the cleanest model Jag ever made and Ford can't afford to hand make cars like that any more.
