This is a project that my Grandfather, my Dad, and I are working on to build me a 4wd long bed Ford Ranger. We are using a 1986 2wd body, a 1983 4wd chassis, and a 1976 Ford Mustang 2.3 liter 4 cylinder engine. The 2wd truck was rust free and had no major dents but it had a short bed. So we used the cab and frontend from the 2wd and bought a long bed separate. From there the project starts!

This is what the '86 2wd looked like when we got it.

All that we used on the 2wd was the cab and frontend.
