This is "Project Garage Sale" a daily driven low 10 sec street/strip car.
The project Ideal came about from the StangBangerz website - In Which alot of the parts were obtained from the Wanted or 4Sale sections @ Stangbangerz.com - This is a Low Budget car that can be daily driven yet runs well!
Engine is a DSS racing Probullet 306 with main support and windage tray. An Anderson Ford Motor Sport N-61 roller cam controls the Ported Pro TOPLINE 200cc Heads,which are feed by a Weiand SBF174 Roots Blower pullied for 15 PSI of boost and matching intake a Demon 850 Blower Carb, Snow Performance stage II variable water/meth unit .A Holley Super Power shot NOS system jetted at 175HP helps to push the exhaust out the MAC Shorties and X pipe fitted with DynoMax MaxFlow Mufflers. A C4 Automatic with Transbrake and TCT Reneagde 8" 3800 Stall speed takes commands from a B&M Pro Shifter to feed a 8.8 rear end stuffed with a Moser full Spool and a 3.73 Gear to the 33 Spline Axles.
While it's still in it's tunning stages the combo is good for some low 10 second runs and thats being driven too the track and back..
A recent trip to Pauls auotmotive here in Cincinnati after the new demon Blower Carburetor was installed netted a more even A/F and 421 HP on blower and motor with no NOS. Still need to make a trip back with the water/methanol installed by can say there is a seat of the pants difference. (More on tap now since Head swap new track times soon)
Stay tuned for Cage install,some weight removal and new coil over suspension .. Could be headed for a 9 sec ride..
