Vehicle Description
Original TII, not a turbo swap. The street ported engine just passed the break-in period. Alot of prep work went into the engine. Plates and lower intake and various other parts were painted anodized blue and the housings and front cover painted silver. The entire motor was assembled including turbo and manifolds while the motor was out and the placed in the engine bay. Rebuilt and balanced turbo with twin schroll removed and pluggedand shaved toa size t3. All of the vacuum rack removed along with acv, bac, and air supply valve. Only three vacuum lines left. All fuel lines replaced, new starter, battery, and spark plug wires. Jdm silvia blow off valve with 3'' pollished turbo inlet duct and cone filter with heat sheild. The throttle body has been modded with pollishing and upper intake pollished inside out. The oil metering pump, lines, and injectors were removed during the rebuild and blocked off and plugged properly for no leaks. Premix with TWC-3 is required. Engine was built with Atkins 2pc. seals, 3rd gen corner seals and springs and oem oil seals and gaskets. Mazda gray sealant was used to assemble. Pollished top mount , but I have a front mount that i will be putting on. New complete turbo-back Corksport 3 1/8 stainless pollished exhaust was put on after rebuild. All new fuel filters intank and out have been changed and the injectors have been cleaned. The fuel is adjusted by an safc and an Hks fcd. There is an HKS turbo timer with autometer boost and afr gauge.i will get up track times later.est.hp is a little over 300hp.im running 16 psi.just added a cf hood.will have pics up soon.
