1. Remove the stock air intake box and intake duct leading to the throttle body. Remove the air temperature sensor and vacuum lines from the stock air intake box. The vacuum lines and sensors will either be reused. NOTE:MAKE SURE THE CAR HAS HAD PLENTY OF TIME TO COOL DOWN BEFORE REMOVING ANY COOLANT LINES.

2. Removing the PCV hard pipe: Carefully disconnect the short hose at the thermostat housing port connected to the PCV pipe. Remove the PCV pipe and hose connected at the crankcase port and plastic air flow chamber.

3. The longest stock coolant hose on the throttle body port and PCV is removed and flipped around. One end will be pressed over the port on the throttle body and the other end will be pressed over the port on the thermostat housing, be sure to reuse the stock clamps.

4. Take the silicone molded elbow and place it over the throttle body. The end with the smaller ID will slip over the throttle body be sure to use two clamps. At this point you can press the air temperature sensor inte the pre-driled hole in the elbow.

5. Take the vibra-mount with the male/female thread and screw the female end over the threaded post on the battery tie down.

6. Take the primary intake and press the end with the 3/8" nipple into the 3" side of the elbow on the throttle body. Line up the slotted bracket on the intake to the vibra-mount on the battery tie down post, use the m6 nut and fender washer to hold the intake in place.

7. Take the vibra-mount with male ends and m6 nut, position the vibra-mount between the wheel well fender and under the head lamp frame. Insert one end into the factory hole in the brace, secure the vibra-mount.

8. Press the filter over the end and tighen the clamp on the filter at this point.

9. Take the 6mm stock hose and press the end over the 3/8" nipple on the intake.

10. All set up and DONE...
