My Grandfather's 1953 Ford Convertible
He has owned this car since the 50's. It sat in our backyard under a cover for over 30 years. It was in pretty rough shape and took 7 years to fully restore by doing it the right way, with patience, careful planning, and all original parts.

The engine is a V-8 Flathead, and 1953 was the last year that Ford made the flathead engine. Here are some pics of the finished product. I will post more pics of the whole process when I get the chance. Enjoy.

I just bought a 96 thunderbird lx sport.. what options does the sport package add. From what I understand its posi rear end and a stiff suspension, is there anything else you know of? Awesome car, keep up the good work. I like the exhaust work. I will be sure to drop you a line when I get mine up on the site. Thanks, Scott
