I have a new web site for my car now. So have a look here at My MX5 Project.

These pictures are taken after I had painted my car with the pearl. It's been a few weeks after the final paint job. There hadn't been a good say with a decent amount of sunlight to take some good pictures. These ones are alright.

All of the pictures below are from when the car was still in Japan and hasn't yet reached the shores of Australia.

These are a few picture provided to me by an auctioner in Japan of the Miata that I just bought.

Here in Australia, they're about $15,000+ AUD for one with this many mods and amount of kms. I got this one for $3000 AUD and it will cost me another $4000 to import it here. Bargain if you ask me.

The paint job needs a 'bit' of touching up, and a new set of wheels wouldn't go astray. :)

Anyway, I can't import my baby from Japan 'till November when the laws here allow me to. I have alot of plans for this car. :)

HKS air filter
Strut tower brace
MazdaSpeed oil cap
ANSA sports exhaust
KYB suspension
6 point Roll-bar bolted-in.
CD stereo
Chrome shift knob & handbrake lever

As you can see here the front had some damage and the front bumper was replaced with another white one. Looks like the bonnet or left front light doesn't close properly.

The rest of the car is pretty much in a decent condition though.

Nice set of ODD mags. Its really annoying actually now that I think about it. Going to replace them with some ROH White ones. ROH Wheels Web Site

Left: A view, obviously from under the car, of the KYB Suspension that was placed in to the car.

Right: You can make out the engine bay. The pipes have been cleaned of all the dust and crap. Nice looking Strut brace across the top. Not sure what brand it is but if someone can tell me by looking at the picture then it would be appreciated.

Left: You can see the red HSK air filter and intake. These no heat shield there protecting heat from being sucked up by the air intake from the manifold. Thats one of the first mods i'll be looking at when i get the car.

Right: Cam cover with the notes about the timing belt change over. You can just see the after makret plugs and a MazdaSpeed oil cap. Its the old style one and i plan to sell that on eBay and get one of the new ones.

The overall interior is pretty crappy. The carpets are all dirty and need a good wash or replacement. The instruments are all good.

You can also see a roll bar on there but i don't know if you call a bolt on roll bar a real roll bar.
