MOTOR IS IN THE CAR!!


My 2 cars1994 Rx7 Black. Tan Leather Interior. Car is in great shape. I purchased this car in August of 2000, it was kept in great shape, garaged, and had low miles on it. Since then I have done alot of upgrades with the 13b engine, but I wanted something to set me apart from the crowd, I heard about the Cosmo in Japan and its powerplant- the 20b 3 rotor. I have heard people doing the swap and not only was a 3 rotor FD very hard to find but its very expensive as well to build. After speaking to my local rotary mechanic in my area, whom I have known and worked with longer then most of his customers, since his days before opening his own shop, we mutually decided to go ahead with the project. Although never performing the swap before I knew with his expertise, he would be a good candidate for the job. As of August 2005, in 5 years I have put virtually near $80,000 into this car and have all reciepts to prove this. I can't wait to see the end result and I hope you enjoy the pictures and details of the step by step process of this project. ENGINE BOLTED IN CAR (SEE PICS), CLUTCH SYSTEM CONNECTED, NEW TWIN TURBO's CONNECTED UP, READY TO INSTALL INTERCOOLER AND OTHER PARTS. KEEP POSTED.

SUB FRAME IS FINISHED
STEERING COLUMN IS FINISHED (HAD TO USE 2ND GEN POWER STEERING)
CUSTOM STAINLESS DOWNPIPE IS FINISHED.
ALL PARTS ORDERED (Injectors, EMS, Intercooler, Large radiator etc) Needed for the project. NEXT UP IS
