1987 bronco 2, a 2.9 v6 with some mods in it. it has Bosch premium wire with Plat +4 (which made a huge diffrence in performance and the overall running of the motor. i did not start it for 8 months and it started better than most chevys the day after u buy them. i have a custom air intake by K&N, and a tornado. i also added 10 deg. to the timing. 3 inch body lift, leaf springs from explorer custom suspenion lift.
when we are in canada orr-roading people tell uys to go forst because our bronco spanks everything we have drivin with. we even entered a mud run and went through it when a jeep rubicon and other awesome rigs couldn't.
the exterior i installed bushwacker fender flares to fit the 31 bfg. i also had to replace most of the rear end and quarter panels due to rust. i used diamonplate for the bottom of the doors for a realy mean look. the roof race was made by my uncle, he made three of them two where for b2's while the third was for a jeep. its stong enough to fit two 31 long trail t/a's and a box ffilled with tools, chainsaw chains and tow strap. plus about 2 of me. i would estemate that about 600 lbs could be stored up there.
