Here's my 1994 SVT Cobra, number 1661 of a build of 5009 Cobra Coupes in 1994. 1306 of those were Crystal White like mine, and 442 of those had Saddle Leather interior like mine.

Be sure to check out the other pages for more pictures and a complete list of modifications! Very little has been left unchanged on this car!

Update 11/2009.  I have again upgraded the motor, swapping from my old Tom Moss ported Cobra setup to a TFS R to compliment the engine better.  I will soon be switching to a Comp XE282HR camshaft, this should put me close to 400 RWHP Naturally Aspirated, and over 500 on a 100 shot of Nitrous.

Update 11/2008: Been up and running for a few months now.  The 347 is evil on the street!  Kinda soft at the track though, my numbers are in the high 12's. Bob Hanlon obviously knows his stuff about Tranny's, the TKO500 in mine shifts like a slightly notchy T-5 now!  I love it.. still considering forced induction.

Update3/10/2008: The 347 is built and installed, my TKO500 got rebuilt by Hanlon Motorsports, and it's running and awaiting a tune! I Can't wait to see/hear/drive it!

Update 11/6/2007: The 306 blew up last year, I am currently putting together a 347 stroker with AFR 185 heads, a custom cam, ported intake, and soon a Vortech Supercharger while I am deployed to Iraq. Many thanks to my parents and Jim Wyman at JD Wyman Motorsport for all their efforts to get it done before I get back!!

The Magazine feature is here! Look on page 76-78 of the February issue of Mustang Enthusiast Magazine! The article is titled "A Soldier's Cobra". Larry Jewett did a nice job! Mis-spelled my name once but I'm not complaining.

On the exterior I have added a Cervini's Cobra R hood, Cervini's Side Stripes, a 1997 Cobra rear bumper, Graphics Express licensed side stripes, and OE Concepts Cobra R replica wheels, 17 x 9 front and 17 X 10.5 rears. Rubber is BF Goodrich G-Force T/A, KDWS fronts and Drag Radial II's out back.

I am debating whether or not to add a pair of racing stripes up the hood.

I have fought with some issues on this car, right now there is power left on the table somewhere that isn't making it to the ground. Most recent dyno tuning session netted 260 HP/293 lbs Torque to the ground N/A, and 368 HP/481 lbs Torque to the tires on Nitrous.

I enjoy taking it to Fun Ford Weekend events, and participated in the Car Show at the World Ford Challenge in STL in 2006. I attended FFW Houston (Baytown) and FFW Baton Rouge (NPR, Belle Rose).

I have gotten several awards at shows with the car, and enjoyed every minute of showing her off! Adding some shiny stuff lately to compliment that.

I used to frequent Ben Bruce Memorial Airpark Raceway in Evadale, TX. Very nice facility for racing. I now go to Fayetteville Motorsports Park here in North Carolina.

hey man, nice to see a fellow svtp'er on here. Car's lookin great, I'm jealous of the 306 and the 400hp mark for sure lol. How do you like that 2031 cam? I yanked my E-cam a while ago cuz the car mostly just ran like sh**...so I've been lookin at the 2031 lately cuz it's supposed to basically plug and play since I have the 1.7 rr's and all. I know I would prob need some upgraded springs to make it run right, but other than that how is the driveability, etc?
