This is a 1996 Mustang V6 with the AOD. Has 160k miles on it and a bit of a history. I purchased it from a friend where I am currently goin to college. His sister purchased the car, and wanted it painted the orange color it is now. He painted if for her, and also added some blue pearl to the clear, which ended up giving the car a bit of a purple sheen.
She got involved in a minor front end collision, and the insurance company wrecked the car. There was no structural damage, but the high mileage and the fact that the airbags went off pushed it over the line. He replaced both fenders and the front bumper cover, and put the 18" wheels on it.
The best part came when I bought it.
He does custom suspension work on the side, mostly airbag setups and installations, and I decided to let my 'stang get a bit more attention. I have a full airbag suspention setup runnin straight nitrogen. No cutting was done, but i'd like to section and tunnel it someday to let her all the way down.
