I cut the fiberglass down to size using my dremel. Next was the long process of fill, sand, repeat. Picture is first layer of filler.This was the longest part of the entire buildup. It takes forever to get all of the little imprefections out.I cut off the bottom half of the orginal bezel, and made a new frame to fit around the new lcd.Closeup of the finished product. The finish was intentionally sanded rough to match the texture of the rest of the interior of the car.Before and After. Quite a size difference.

Yo i love your car. Especially the computer thingy. Come check out my Firebird and tell me if i can do something like that on it and how much it will cost. It just looks sweet..

That's smooth! I owned one but i traded for a 1988 Chevy Nova, not really a great deal if you ask me.
