As the pick up's journey off to the bodyshop looms closer I thought a trial fit of the tailgate trim would be a good idea before its painted. After removing the spoiler it was just a case of screwing the new trim on.
I think the cleaner lines look much better without the spoiler. A small adjustment will be made to the tonneau cover incorporating a fastner of some kind on the middle flap to hold the cover taught.
