This is my 1979 Impala Landau Aerocoupe, Anabelle. She is one of 3,247 built with the Landau package in 79. I bought her from a nice old couple in April of 1996 for a paltry $425.

The snowy pics above on the right were taken on April 1, 1997.

Here's a couple of more recent pics with Talula, my 1984 Impala Sedan:

Things have really changed in my life since these cars were last on the road, that's why they haven't been for YEARS. I'm hoping this will be my year (and theirs) to come back strong & cruise these beautiful Imps again. You can check out
The Impala Farm for updates this spring & summer, I actually intend to start from scratch and rebuild the
entire site. In the meantime, check out my friends links in the upper left corner of your screen, they are other enthusiasts that own similar cars and know what to do with them. You'll see a trend amongst them and myself here, restoring these cars with
class and
taste and paying attention to the important things, like engine & drivetrain. Therefore, please don't suggest I install wheels on my cars ANY larger than 17". Your suggestion will fall on deaf ears, as they are Chevrolets, not stagecoaches. I also prefer nice, stiff, stock-ride-height springs and usually Gabriel coilover shocks-no "bags" or "hydros". Please don't be hateful in my guestbook if you're a fan of these mods either, I've been nice and stopped bothering with you. All that said, everyone enjoy and keep saving those B-bodys from the crushers! I'll update as soon as the weather gets friendlier and I can get some actual work done on 'ol Anabelle.
