Things about my car...
Has had 3 owners, I'm the third.
The car has had the engine bay repainted for some unknown reason, looks Ok after its all cleaned up.
Other than that...Previous owner tried to put a "performance" MAF sensor into the intake system which only messed things up because it was designed for a V6 not a V8, also previous owner had "performance" tires on the car which weren't even designed for the car in the first place. Go figure...
Other than that, the interior is mint, the exterior has no rust on it whatsoever. I've had it rust sprayed for the 2 years that i've owned it so far and will keep doing it until I decide to sell the car(hopefully never).
I've installed some decent mods into the car that help with the top end power some.
Installed the following performance adders:
SLP's Cold Air Kit
SLP's throttle body airfoil
Jet Performance's Hotchip Stage 2
Royal purple transmission fluid, differential fluid, arctic ice coolant, and synthetic oil
Cooper ZPT 245/50/VR16 radials (very nice when cool out, very slippery when warm)
Installed the following "keep it running longer" parts:
B&M Transmission cooler
K&N Airfilter
K&N Oilfilter
Things to install:
Be-cool Aluminum radiator (Changed to a crappy tire special)
TransGo stage 2 shift kit (Done)
Transmission rebuild (Done)
Fiberglass GTA spoiler (Changed to a standard firebird spoiler)
My sound system:
4x Infinity Kappa 4x6" speakers, 2 in dash, 2 in Bose Sail panel enclosures
2x Planet Audio 5 1/4" speakers, 2 in Bose Sail panel enclosures
JVC AVX-1 Headunit with 3" LCD in the faceplate
1x 10" 1000Watt JBL sub
1x 290Watt RMS JBL Amplifier
All the options in the car are that of a GTA including the appearance package with the exception of the digital cluster, notchback, rear privacy cover and steering wheel radio controls.
Other than that, the car is in great condition and all original for the most part minus the original GTA Spoiler which after I took it off, was never going to be able to be put back on. And from the looks of things it'll never be coming back on!
Here's a few more pictures of the car.

Had the transmission rebuilt for drag racing complete with Raybestos blue racing clutches, 8 clutches in the 2-4 clutch pack, wider 3-4 band, TransGo stage 2 shift kit (shifts are all crazy hard at WOT), vette 3-4 servo, racing rev limiter springs installed, .500" boost valve and a ConverterMan 2600 stall performance torque converter. When the guy pulled the tranny apart everything inside was burnt, 4 of the clutches were chewed up on the 2-4 clutch pack, the 3-4 band was toast, the reverse sprag was sheared off of it's mounting point. Apparantly I wasn't supposed to have reverse!
Decided im keeping the Firebird spoiler. Rad split 3rd week of June 05, water pump went shortly after that on 2nd week of August 05. So replaced both of those parts, runs nice and cool now thankfully.
Getting a couple upgrades sound system wise this weekend, getting an $800 JVC AVX-1 head unit, gto75.2 JBL amp and a single JBL 10" sub with custom box for the trunkwell. Personally I hate great gobs of nasty vibrating bass. I would prefer a nice quality sound spectrum over the loud thump of a dual 12" system or a single 15". Just not my style.
Ordered an assload of parts for the engine to fix an ailing lifter problem. Complete Hydraulic roller valve train is going in, new cam, new set of heads and a new edelbrock intake setup for the TPI. I'll be doing the install of these parts myself over the next few months. Im hoping that I can pull that stuff while it's still in the engine bay, if not, then i'll have to take it to a shop to get it done.
Managed to find a small amount of rust on the inside of the rear hatch lid. Wasn't too bad so I guess im lucky. Will be getting a body shop to look at it as all i've done for now is sand it down to bare metal and spray on some rust inhibitor. The underside will need a good pressure wash and oil spray before she goes to sleep this winter from the looks of things underneath.
Current mileage as of August 08, 2005: 76002.1 miles
Heres a few more pictures of the car when I bought it in April 04...
Hawt models! These pretty ladies actually wanted to get on the hood but I wasn't around for it to let em have their way with my car! Too bad, woulda looked great! This was at the Sheridan Mall car show which was hosted to raise some money for the Canadian Cancer Foundation. Great cause and lotsa fun!

2nd Annual Southern Ontario GM Nationals
Managed to pull of 3rd place in my class (1982-1992 GM)
So im proud of my hardwork to get the car cleaned up nicely and make it sparkle for the show and shines!
Getting all the parts for my car at the end of the week. Everything else is currently in for the car, just waiting on the intake from Edelbrock. Can't wait to see it all.
Also went to the guelphracing show and shine. Was a good turnout of imports and domestics all customized. We had 8 F-Bodies show up and they were all very nice. It was a good show despite the bit of rain we had during the SPL competition.
Speaking of which, im sure with a bit of tuning, I could push 140spl with my current setup. I hit 134.9 SPL on my first try and I had no clue what to do, so I think thats pretty good :)
