PAGE 2 - Under Construction...ExteriorThis is my truck while in the process of modifying the exterior and turning it into a distinct 4 wheel drive. I bought all the parts while I was home on leave after boot camp. While I was home all I was able to put on myself was the Goodmark cowl hood and the Street Scene Roll pan. Since I have been gone, my buddy (from Texas Truck Works in Magnolia, TX )replaced the entire front end with a Street Scene Gen. 6 front bumper ('04 Chevy SS front bumper) [it is kind of hard to make out in the picture] and a Street Scene replacement front grille shell without a bowtie and with stainless grille inserts. The headlights, corners, and running lamps I got from www.MatrixRacing.com. This is the link to my headlight assembly: http://www.matrixracing.com/BI4392Details.htm. It gave a very different, yet good look. I am still trying to decide on what to do about tail lights. I was thinking about just having the paint shop tape off the taillights and doing the cheap caddie taillights. Got any suggestion? I am trying to stay away from as much chrome as possible with the Altezza's. I am gonna paint it either stock red or a House of Kolors Cherry Red. Something near the stock color, just not stock. I am gonna put some Tribal graphics similar to the flames in the picture above. Except I am only gonna put them in the lower rocker panel. I am also gonna put some sort of design on the tailgate to break up the solid red of the ass end...red tail gate, red roll pan, everything red. My plans are to get it painted by the end of November 2004 and have it in the Autorama Car Show in Houston, TX on December 2, 2004. I am gonna take it to Maxwell Designs for the graphics and Kustomworx for the red basecoat.
