I purchased "Lil' Miss Red Rocket" from a German dealership in Heidelberg, Germany in March of 2004. After being deployed for a year (military), I returned to Germany and the current modifications on my Neon are either waiting to be installed, have been installed, or upgraded since I purchased Her. The car initially was purchased by another U.S. soldier, who invested more into tuning it instead of paying for it. Although that was his initial intent, he never made a single modification to Her nor a single payment and She was tracked down and re-po'ed in Switzerland and brought back to Germany where I purchased Her in Heidelberg, Germany.
