silttony's 2000 Volvo C70

I just sold this car...as soon as I get pics on a washed car, I will post my new car. But it's a snooze...nothing to scream about. But for now, go and enjoy the old C70.

For the time being, the car is stock with the exception of a "R" emblem on the back and the Good Year Eagle F1's.

I plan to stiffen the frame with upper strut braces and lower frame rods to help with some of the cowl shake, as well as stiffer springs (done). The stock wheels on this car are very good looking and will probably remain in use.

As planned, I have finally installed a performance chip that has increased the horsepower rating from 236 stock and 242 ft lbs of torque to a tested 290hp and 310 ft lbs of torque. This change, along with a performance exhaust, has brought this car to life.

hahah the triangle on bottom is here aswell and i hate it www.bmw.com.au chek it out its the australian site, u see the diff models we have such as the 320i, 2.2l straight 6 but they all look the same, i havent seen the m kit in america at all really except on jeffreywai's car and a few others, mostly americans go for aftermarket i see anyway. also u guys get the new GTO!!! cmon thats gotta be good too! did u know its an australian car? hmm its wierd isnt it? how everyone wants what they cant have, i wouldnt mind a nice cadillac but we aint got one, i dont think crap about STI's and EVO's, to us now they are cheap crap cars that hav got a turbo in them making them fast and increasing the price to more than double. on the other hand, the gto has a fat chunky ass v8, low tech, high fuel consumption and meh HP, thats why we got for euros!

I love this in green and must say I've not seen one like this. Sorry to push a little bit of my personal opinion but loose the "R" badge. The C70 T5 will out perform any Std R that volvo ever built. That's why they did not do an R! If you really want more power of of this loverly car give me a shout. 310+ Hp should wake things up a bit. Take it easy have fun with it.

hmm its sort of stock, down here we have M Sports Pack, which gives the car lower springs, aerodynamic kit, sports seats sports sterring wheel anthracite etc, thats costs about $5000 and it comes with gay "sport" wheels aswell but i didnt like them so i put in an order for my 18 inchers, which cost a rip off of $3000 .i have reallly thought this out and the colour is very rare on bmws here and i like it so yeh i feel that its me and boy does it turn heads? u guys havent got the facelift over there yet?
