MSGTR's 1989 Mazda MX-6

The car has just received a new "crate engine". The valve cover, intake manifold, distributor support frame and water neck have all been powdercoated. The exhaust manifold has been JETHOT coated.

The turbo is now what's called a T-Bird mod. The turbo exit pipe is 2.5". The flywheel is aluminum steel-faced, backed by a heavy duty clutch by Clutch Masters in Rialto, CA.

The GAB strut bar was purchased long ago. The radiator is a custom 3-row from Ronnie's Radiator in Temecula CA. Both radiator fans are Hayden Swirl-Cools, with an over ride switch. The K&N air filter is in the stock box, with a fresh air duct coming up from the left front brake opening in the bumper.

First time I checked out your Cardomain page, that is a nice mx6 you've got. I like the engine bay, very clean. (Where is the Manifold heat shield).

Nice MX-6 ! Love the fact that you kept it clean and mostly stock looking. Only the unsuspecting will end up seeing your taillights ! lol. Keep up the good work ! J-S
