He pierced a piston when I was testing the car in the road. Still well that this was �alone�. Already I bought the parts and until the weekend the car ready and will again be made right. Infelizmente eu inauguro esta p�gina com uma not�cia n�o muito boa. Estava realizando altera��o nos mapas do gerenciador da inje��o do bico-auxiliar (HIS) pra ver se conseguia melhorar em alguma coisa o rendimento do motor e... bum! Furou um pist�o quando eu estava testando o carro na estrada. Ainda bem que foi "s�" isso. J� comprei as pe�as e at� o final de semana o carro estar� pronto e novamente acertado.



27-may-2006 - Soon, the new engine already is ready, now with one performed with care internal assembly made by the person who makes the preparation of my car. Some aesthetic and functional details had been also reviewed in the engine, as the exchange of hoses (of canvas) of fuel for hoses of blue silica, and some others for aerokip. Also new burnishing of the cover of valves. E the exchange of the screws of the headstock for more resistant screws, adjusted the engines turbo, beyond some secrets in the �marrow� of the engine.
Pronto, o novo motor j� est� pronto, agora com uma esmerada montagem interna feita pelo preparador. Alguns detalhes est�ticos e funcionais tamb�m foram revistos no motor, como a troca das mangueiras (lonadas) de combust�vel por mangueiras de silicone azul, e algumas outras por aerokip. Tamb�m foi feito novo polimento da tampa de v�lvulas. E a troca dos parafusos de fixa��o do cabe�ote por parafusos mais resistentes, adequados a motores turbo, al�m de alguns segredinhos no "miolo" do motor.

04-jun-2006 - My first participation in a rally of regularity. I was the pilot, my wife was the navigator and the �hitchhiking� (here nicknamed �Zequinha�) was a cousin of it (Anna Claudia). The event was sponsored by the Fiat (University Rally Fiat) and had all the fiscalization carried through for the FASP. That is, one proves very serious and organized well.
Minha primeira participa��o em um rally de regularidade. Eu fui o piloto, minha esposa foi a navegadora e o "Zequinha" foi a prima dela (Ana Cl�udia). O evento foi patrocinado pela Fiat (Rally Universit�rio Fiat) e teve toda a fiscaliza��o realizada pela FASP. Ou seja, uma prova s�ria e muito bem organizada.

(Chronometer) Unhappyly this was the time that lasted my participation in rally. I had that to abandon therefore the engine well it is not regulated still, is giving to fuel excess in all the rotation bands, and on account from this it is suffering from overheating when 1 minute is supercharged for the turbine for more than. I know that the fuel excess, in general, cause only imperfections in the functioning and, almost always, cooling of the combustion chamber. But this rule does not come being followed for the turbo engines� The car already is again in the workshop for this �fine� regulation. Rally had duration of 4 hours and 26 minutes.
Infelizmente este foi o tempo que durou minha participa��o no rally, nem meia-hora. Tive que abandonar pois o motor n�o est� bem regulado ainda, est� dando excesso de combust�vel em todas as faixas de rota��o, e por conta disso est� sofrendo de superaquecimento quando est� sobrealimentado pela turbina por mais de 1 minuto. Sei que o excesso de combust�vel, em geral, causa apenas falha��o no funcionamento e, quase sempre, esfriamento da c�mara de combust�o. Mas esta regra n�o vem sendo seguida por alguns motores turbinados que v�m apresentando aquecimento quando com excesso. O carro j� est� novamente na oficina para esta regulagem "fina".

26-jun-2006 - I decided that I go to stop the development in this car and to leave for another vehicle, but probably will be another VW Gol (3rd generation). The Gol "R16" is being disassembled to total come back to be original. Resolvi que vou parar o desenvolvimento neste carro e partir para outro ve�culo, mas provavelmente ser� outro Gol, um "G3". O Gol "R16" est� sendo desmontado para ser vendido totalmente original.
The Gol came back to be (almost) as it was originally: great height in relation to the ground, with the plates (logotypes) of identification applied again in the �can�, original steering wheel (but coated with leather), originals wheels 14� of complete Plus model and motor of natural aspiration (original). O Gol voltou a ser (quase) como ele era originalmente: grande altura em rela��o ao solo, com as plaquetas novamente aplicadas na carroceria, volante original (mas revestido com couro), rodas 14" originais do modelo Plus completo, motor sem o turbo.

Al�m de v�rias pe�as que fizeram parte este "projeto" continuarem na "ativa" na montagem de outro carro que comprei, as que n�o puderam ser aproveitadas foram vendidas a pre�os m�dicos. E assim continuaram fazendo a "felicidade" de quem quer fazer um upgrade no "motorzinho". O coletor de escape, por exemplo, foi parar no motor do colega Brunin para compor o upgrade em seu GT.
