The new appearance of the kit... A nova cara do kit...
As some must know I am advertising executive and to designer, and a customer requested that I drew a sport steering wheel for the mark "Arrancada Clube". One of the models is this that I installed in my car. This version is cut the laser and has finishing of micron spurt sphere of glass and ecological leather with two different colors and textures. The sensation in the hands and the "reply" of the steering wheel is very good. But my original, mainly later that I coated with leather, is much more comfortable. I go to use for a time and later I place in the wall of the office. Como alguns devem saber sou publicit�rio e designer, e um cliente solicitou que eu desenhasse um volante esporte para a marca "Arrancada Clube". Um dos modelos � este que instalei em meu carro. Este volante � cortado a laser e tem acabamento de jato de micro esfera de vidro e couro ecol�gico com duas cores e texturas diferentes. A pegada e a "resposta" do volante s�o muito boas. Mas o meu original, principalmente depois que revesti de couro, � muito mais confort�vel. Vou usar por um tempo e depois coloco na parede do escrit�rio.
Stage 5 (Est�gio 5)
They are for being implemented a total digital controller auxiliary of the electronic injection and also to booster with 2 distinct pressures (one for city and another one for "track"). It waits this new phase... Est�o para ser implementados um gerenciador auxiliar totalmente digital da inje��o eletr�nica e tamb�m um booster com 2 press�es distintas (uma para cidade e outra para "pista"). Aguarde este nova fase...
08/29/2005 - It finished to arrive in house the new controller of the electronic injection, the digital HIS. With it I go to be able to make right a perfect fuel mixture (the engine is "fed" by hidrated alcohol). Working with the original maps of the module of injection of the car is added percentile adds of fuel injection in bands of 500 in 500 rpm and the calibration can be for pressure of turbo, rotation, or both. It waits more some days to see the result... 29-AGO-2005 - Acabou de chegar em casa o novo controlador da inje��o eletr�nica, o HIS digital. Com ele vou poder acertar uma mistura de combust�vel perfeita. Trabalhando com os mapas originais do m�dulo de inje��o do carro adiciona-se percentuais adicionais de inje��o de combust�vel em faixas de 500 em 500 rpm e a monitora��o pode ser por press�o de turbo, rota��o, ou ambos. S� falta instalar, daqui uns dias eu relato como ficou...
The controller functions in the ways: programming and control. Through 2 displays and more leds the functions becomes it programming and when it is in the control way it shows in the display of the left the real rotation of the engine and in the display of the right it shows the real pressure (for digital transducer Motorola) of the turbo, and in a bargraph the tax of enrichment of the fuel. A controladora funciona nos modos de programa��o e monitoramento. Pelos 2 displays e mais os leds das fun��es faz-se a programa��o e quando est� no modo de monitoramento mostra no display da esquerda a rota��o real do motor e no display da direita exibe a press�o real (por transdutor digital Motorola) do turbo, e numa barra de leds a taxa de enriquecimento do combust�vel.
09/08/2005 - The HIS already is installed and regulated (to 1,3bar). Now the functioning of the engine is smooth in any band of rotation or pressure! 09/11/2005 - The new spark-plugs plugs had arrived... I was using the "normal" NGK, but they are not compared with the V-Power!

The next stage (stage 6) already is in studies. The gearbox will be prolongated. The car will go to improve in all the directions: reduction of noise of the engine and consumption in the road at 110~120 Km/h (cruise speed) and greater maximum speed. Will exceed the current 189 Km/h real (5th march in 7000rpm). It will arrive around 215 and 220Km/h in 6500rpm. Is being analyzed the allonge of 4th and 5th marches and/or the allonge of the differential all the marches to relieve more. They wait... A pr�xima etapa (est�gio 6) j� est� em estudos. Trata-se do alongamento do c�mbio. O carro ir� melhorar em todos os sentidos: redu��o de ru�do do motor e consumo na estrada a 110~120 Km/h e maior velocidade m�xima que passar� dos atuais 189 Km/h reais (5a. marcha � 7000rpm) para algo em torno de 215 e 220Km/h � 6500rpm. Est�o sendo analisados o alongamento de 4a. e 5a. marchas e/ou o alongamento do diferencial para todas as marchas renderem mais. Aguardem...
Already it is defined that the differential will be prolongated. From this form the entire gearbox will suffer allonge in the marches. But while the new period of training of preparation is not concluded, it now knows a little of the interior of Fox II R16 Turbo. J� est� definido que o diferencial ser� alongado. Desta forma o c�mbio inteiro sofrer� alongamento nas marchas. Mas enquanto o novo est�gio de prepara��o n�o � conclu�do, conhe�a agora um pouco do interior do Gol R16 Turbo.
