Intercooler installed soon behind the front grating. Exclusive pressurization line. The intake manifold was changed by the one of the model original turbo (Gol 16V Turbo) made in aluminum, substituting the original that age of plastic and it broke when the pressure arrived the 0,7 bar. O coletor de admiss�o foi trocado pelo do modelo turbo original de f�brica que � feito em alum�nio, substituindo o original que era de pl�stico e estourava a v�lvula de recircula��o quando a press�o chegava a 0.7 bar. Este coletor proporciona um fluxo muito maior de ar � admiss�o, comparado ao original.

Um sistema de escape totalmente em 2,5" de di�metro ser� feito em poucos dias para melhorar um pouco mais o "back pressure" que est� apresentando novamente restri��o com a press�o em 1.2 bar.

New brake disks (slotted) of the XtraBrakes. Novos discos de freio (frisados) da marca XtraBrakes.

Fuel bomb auxiliary (7 bar) installed in the fuel line (modified from an electric fuel bomb of Opel Ascona/Chevrolet Cavalier 2,0i litre). Bomba de combust�vel auxiliar (com 7 bar) instalada na linha de combust�vel.

Brake fluid (synthetic) FERODO DOT 5.1. Flu�do de freios sint�tico com especifica��o DOT 5.1 da marca FERODO (ponto de ebuli��o em 260�C).

ATTENTION: In in the maximum 10 days (if not to give nothing wrong) I will be showing to Stage III of the preparation mechanics... we are studying everything to obtain more torque at the moment of force with the same rotation or in 300 maximum rpm (what rpm would be in 4500).
Stage I: burnishing of the admission windows, exchange of retainers and meetings of headstock and installation of the turbocompressor.
Stage II: ceramics clutch, to intercooler, collector of admission in aluminum with flow, more cold candles had been added, new rightness in the feeding of the alcohol and other details.
Stage III: it waits... does not go to delay.

ATEN��O: Em no m�ximo 10 dias (se n�o der nada errado) estarei mostrando o Est�gio III da prepara��o mec�nica... estamos estudando tudo certinho pra conseguir mais torque no momento de for�a com a mesma rota��o ou no m�ximo 300 rpm a mais (o que seria em 4500 rpm).
Est�gio I : polimento das janelas de admiss�o, troca de retentores e juntas de cabe�ote e instala��o do turbocompressor.
Est�gio II : foram agregados embreagem de cer�mica, intercooler, coletor de admiss�o em alum�nio com fluxo, velas mais frias, novo acerto na alimenta��o do �lcool e outros detalhes.
Est�gio III : aguarde... n�o vai demorar.

JAN/2005 - Stage III (Est�gio III)

Come�amos por fazer algumas adequa��es no sistema j� instalado para prover maior fluxo de ar fresco para a turbina (novo intake), a aquisi��o e instala��o de uma turbina nova, confec��o de sistema de escape feito com tubos de a�o carbono com 2,5" de di�metro e curvas suaves, abafador de alto fluxo e novo acerto do motor para a press�o de 1,2bar.

The joint plateau/clutch goes to be substituted. For account of a contamination for oil, the parts had had its consuming very speed up. O conjunto plat�/embreagem vai ser substitu�do. Por conta de uma contamina��o por �leo, as pe�as tiveram seu desgaste muito acelerado.

Now only it lacks to make the regulation of the engine for the conclusion of the Stage III. Agora s� falta fazer a regulagem do motor para a conclus�o do Est�gio III.

After 1000Km the engine partially will be softened and will be able to give "everything of itself" in the tracks. Kit of clutch already changed and the engine made regulated for me. It is very strong! Ap�s 1000Km o motor estar� parcialmente amaciado e poder� dar "tudo de si" nas pistas. Kit de embreagem j� trocado e o motor acertado por mim. Est� muito forte!

My new paperweight! This is the piston that it broke (2nd cylinder) and now it has new purpose. The others 3 pistons if had become ash trays for my house. Beautiful decoration, right? Only that these 4 parts of decoration had cost US$ 925, the price of the reform of the engine (1 dollar = R$ 2,70). The culprit for the piston in addition could not be identified with absolute certainty. Or it was the ceramics of the candle that it broke for shock-thermal and later for the impact it broke the piston, or the piston broke for excess of pressure in a consumed part already. Meu novo peso de papel!!! Este � o pist�o que quebrou (cilindro n� 2) e agora tem nova finalidade. Os outros 3 pist�es se tornaram cinzeiros para minha casa. Bela decora��o, n�o �? S� que essas 4 pe�as de decora��o custaram R$ 2.500,00 (o pre�o da ret�fica do motor). O culpado pela quebra do pist�o n�o p�de ser identificado com absoluta certeza. Ou foi a cer�mica da vela que quebrou por choque-t�rmico e depois pelo impacto quebrou o pist�o, ou o pist�o quebrou por excesso de press�o em uma pe�a j� desgastada.
