The Car

Hey guys...I just bought this car about three months ago and I've already got way more money in it than what its worth. But hell...it's the first new car I've ever owned so I guess its worth it. I'll try to keep the page updated at least weekly with new kills/mods etc. I'm a regular at the races down here in KC so I'll try to let you guys know whats out there. Any questions/feedback email me at boomin_bowtie@sbcglobal.net.

Current Performance Mods/changes:

ADR Wheels 17X7 " w/ 225/45/ZR17 Tires
Hurst Shifter (shortened myself 3/4")
K&N air filter
Magnaflow turbo muffler
Mobile 1 synthetic oil (only way to go)
Stage 1 Weight Reduc. (passenger and rear seats and mounts, spare tire and jack, wheels, alum. spoiler to repl. factory etc...)

Other mods:
Interior paint accents (ceramic coated)
shaved all badges
carbon fiber emblems
vinyl stripes and "ecotec" vinyls by me
blacklight "in-glow"
"racing" Kanji on fenders
red Calipers
"R" vinyl...rally

P.S. Those looking to bad mouth the cavalier...you show up at the track and I'll show you a cavalier that beats whatever you've got for less than whatever you've payed for/put into your car... :P Track times talk...BS cars can walk

Just wondering you say your car weights 2200lbs did u really get rid of 450lbs by just riping some seats out and getting differnt rims? I own a 04 cavy...where do you get that it can handle 22 lbs of boost...I found a website that tells you how good the internals r and the pistons and rods break around 250 horses...if you were running 22lbs of boost i'm sure thats well over 250 hp?

I don't doubt a v6 mustang kill, juggalo4life beat one, watched him do it.

If you all dont like the cavalier ...what are you doing in a cavalier forum? Tell me another motor you can push 22 lbs of boost through on stock internals and chipset and ill be impressed...if you want to continue to run your mouth bring your s**t down to the track and we'll see whats up.
