2004 Srt-4 Altered Beast Sponsored by Sport Compact Pro, Doucet Speed and Customs, Sonny's Audio and Video, Ricky Smith's Audio
The SRT-4 is a modern marvel. Designed to compete in the sport compact class of vehicles, and was designed as one of the first great dodge tuner cars. Dodge PVO team designed the car for the sole purpose of high power for low dollar and begs for modification, just as the Civic has done for Honda. I applaud anyone who takes this platform to its utmost.
Modification List:
Mopar Stage I upgrade, AGP wastegate, MBC, Injen Short Ram intake, Custom 3 inch side exhaust w/ gutted cat, Apexi SafcII digital fuel management system, GReddy Turbo Timer, DC strut tower brace, MSD Ignition, MSD wires, MSD coil, 180 stat, Eibach Pro-kit lowering springs, Carbon Creations CF hood, Carbon Creations CF canards, NGK irridium plugs gap .040, Autometer A/F ratio gauge, Mopar BOV conversion Kit.
Latest pictures.............
Latest pictures of the srt-4 in progress. This is one of two carbon fiber hoods I now own. The second is in the paint shop as of now.
As of late I have been going more and more towards the sleeper look. Right now the carbon fiber hoods are in the shop. One is getting repainted and the other is getting a fresh dose of clear coat.

Darren's new project vehicle, pictured next to mine. He stopped by while on leave from serving in Iraq. He has only been back for a week and already has installed an AEM CAI, Reactive catback exhaust, Dash pods with a/f gauge, and neon underbody kit. On his full return from Iraq he will be installing a GReddy turbo kit.

EXTERIOR VIEWS

The exterior has been newly modified. I removed the roofscoop and now have gone with the classic silver race stripes. Still running 18PSI to redline.

Shot of the rear quarter of the Beast. Street Fighter Single Tier wing.

Side view of the cleaned Beast. Changed the side exhaust tip and went with an angled round tip. Removed almost all vinyls and went for the cleaner look.

Rear View, Many mixed views on the wing, but hey its mine and I think its sick.

Up close look at the CF hood...

View of the vacuum line setup. I am currently running the green vacuum line setup. Here you see the T used to tap the line to the AGP WGA.

Here is a view of the breather setup on the valve cover. Helps keep oil from re-feeding into the intake and being sucked into the turbo.

View of the belly of the beast which includes Injen short ram, MSD ignition, MSD Wires, and MSD coil. DC strut bar is present for added stiffness, and AGP wastegate replaces the factory configuration.

Up close view of the strut tower brace and the MSD coil.

This one is for the haters on srtforums. My imaginary yukon aint so imaginary....
More updated pics to come. Stage 2 upgrade coming soon.
