Both of them are 86 2-doors the yellow one I bought for $100 with a blown motor and the blue one I bought on ebay for $400 with 78,000 miles and I drive it every day w/o a problem. This is the motor I had in my s-10 but the truck just got to rusty so I pulled the motor,trans and rear diff and am in the middle of a transplant,it should be done and ready for this summer. I had the widest tires I could fit put under the rear even though it couldn't brake loose the stock tires. the other chevette will make up for it.

Is that a factory colour? I pianted mine what I thought was an origional color from chrysler but you's looks suprizingly similar to mine

Funny story, I sold my GMC jimmy to finance a chevette project... nice name and nice vette! I dont own the sunburst any more just rescued a vette from the crusher.

I don't really know of any Chevette lovers :( I talked to one but he was selling his vette. I don't see too many around here to even talk to. I haven't driven Vetti since I got my Camaro, I'm going through withdrawls :( I miss driving him a lot but soon he will be running better than ever! :)
