H1 HID 8500K KIT

I had swapped the oem yellowy bulbs to a pair of PIAA 85watt=135watt 4500k Plasma FX's.

The PIAA's were nice and fooled alot of people but they keep blowing every 4 months or less and are expensive to keep maintaining.

I searched the NET and found a nicely priced H1 Kit from RSE Developments and after asking many questions, one set of these were in the post!
Here is a picture of the kit:

The kit was very easy to install and took less than 2 hours to do.
There was only 2 wires, one of them to the battery positive and the other to the negative.
There are 2 wires from behind the HID Bulb. One positive to the oem positive wire and the other to the negative.

Very easy to connect but only the fitting and tidying up took most of the time!
I even found an ideal place for the Ballasts under the High Beam Bulb cover.
After taking the High Beam cover off, I drilled 1 small hole on each side for cable tidies to fasten and to secure the ballasts. I felt that just the double sided sticky plaster wasn't enough.

These Hid's are similar to the Lexus LS430's and absolutely beautiful!
I should've bought them months ago.

If I bring my "Monster" to the track, the only thing you'd see is the taillights of the R32 disappearing away quietly because people are admiring a well made luxury German BMW 7 series and not a turbo'd engine in a tin can!

You prattle on like a pre-pubescent 10-year old. Whoop de doo, your 400bhp V-12 land barge managed to stoplight race a $30k hatchback. You walk around here talking this smack like that's some kind of accomplishment. C'mon, besting a freakin CIVIC? An ACCORD?? 3-series BMW?? Why not pick on someone your own size, to wit: RS6, S600, A8 6.0. Unsafe drivers like you give real enthusiasts a bad name. If you bring your "monster" to the track, the only thing you'd see is the taillights of the R32 as it pulls away from you. Tool.
