For more information about the 190E EVOII, please check my website. It contains all the information you need to know about this very special Benz. This car is one of 500 and was an homologation special for DTM racing in Germany
=> www.geocities.com/nideggerh/evo2.html,

Here are some pictures of my Mercedes 190E Evolution II. This car is mostly stock.

Instead of having an EVOII rear wing, I have an EVOI wing which is much smaller. The only reason, why is because I had to change it is because in Switzerland, the EVOII wing is illegal. Since I bought this Benz in 2001, my main concern was to restore it. The only mods I have done until now apart from restoring it is: installing Recaro race seats, one of them is a Recaro A8, the other one is a SPG. This Benz was missing a lot of OEM EVOII body parts so I had to purchase them at my local MB dealership. OEM parts are extremely expensive but its worth it!

The engine is stock, it produces 235hp @ 7200rpm and this EVOII is number 317/500. Here are some pictures. I hope you like it!

Here are the differences between a factory 190E EVOII and a 190E 2.0 from 1984. Has you can see, their are huge differences!

My next big modification will be to install a Mosselman Turbocharger which should give me around 320hp and 370 NM of Torque. The main reason why I am going with this kit is because I want to keep the stock compression ratio and I want a engine which is reliable.
