Well I'm finally back with an update, not much but a hell of a story. I replaced the steering wheel with a 1996 model of the same color and I also changed the chipped up side mirror. The biggest change is my new 16 inch Dayton real wire wheels with Vogue white wall gold line tires.
The wheels were off a 1991 Sedan Deville in a junk yard, the wheels had locks on them and my father was the only one able to find the locks to get the wheels off. So now I have new wheels, only one tire needs to be replaced the others are in perfect condition as are the wheels all for $106. Other than those updates brake work has been done and regular maintenance performed, also the chrome side moldings I purchased did not fit, if you have any that work please email me.
