I have replaced the front seats with 2003 GT gray leather seats and had the rears recovered to match. The map pockets on the doors were rather tired and sagged badly. I had some perforated leather left over from the rear seats so I removed the pockets and recovered the board with it. The results are much cleaner looking.
Before and after:
For those of you that don't believe in miracles, both the ashtray door and the console lid are original and work perfectly. My wife gave me new Pony floor mats for a birthday gift. The stereo was the 1993-only factory AM/FM/CD unit, but I swapped it out for a factory cassette unit so I could listen to my iPod. Personally, I've never been inclined to dump a bunch of money into a stereo in a convertible. Much too easy to steal and I don't want to have to replace a top as well as a head unit.
