Mugen Thermostat #19301-XGMR-0000
Mugen Fan Switch #37760-XK5-00N0
Mugen Radiator Cap #19045-XGER-0000

Step 1 - Prep your work area.
Place a large pan or tray under your work area to catch the coolant that will leak out.
Step 2 - Remove engine cover and locate thermostat housing.
This will allow you to get a better view of the thermostat housing. Once the engine cover is removed locate the lower radiator hose and follow it directly to the thermostat housing.
Step 3 - Replace stock fan switch.
Locate the brass fitting at the top of the housing connected to a wiring harness. That is the fan switch. Disconnect the wiring harness and remove the fan switch. Use a 15/16 open end wrench or deep socket to remove the fan switch. Now install the new mugen fan switch and reconnect the wiring harness.
Step 4 - Replace the stock thermostat.
Locate the two bolts that hold the thermostat housing and remove them using a 10mm socket with an extension. Once the bolts are removed the coolant will begin to leak out. Remove the thermostat noting its position. Now remove the gasket on the stock thermostat noting its position and replace the mugen gasket on the mugen thermostat. The mugen gasket is too big and will not fit. Now place the mugen thermostat in the housing. There is a nipple on the gasket that must face 12 o'clock in the housing. Rebolt the thermostat housing.
Step 5 - Replace lost radiator fluid and install the mugen radiator cap.
This step is pretty much self explanitory.
***NOTE
In case you get air in the system you need to blow the air out or you will damage the engine. Make sure the car is cold. Remove the radiator cap and start the car. Add fluid to the radiator until it comes to the top. Squeeze the radiator lines. When the car gets warm the fluid will raise and come out of the top. Replace the radiator cap. Check the temp gauge which should be 1 or 2 lines below the middle.
