Comptech Exhaust
I was looking for an exhaust system and decided to go with Comptech. They are kind of pricey but well worth it in my opinion. They look good and sound great.

Comptech B-Pipe
When I first bought the Comptech exhaust they only had an axle-back exhaust. Comptech eventually came out with the b-pipe to make it a complete cat-back system.
Comptech Headers w/Jet-Hot Coating
One of the best mods for horsepower and torque are headers. The best headers available for the Acura TL are Comptech. They are very pricey. I was lucky and bought a used set of Comptech headers which were already Jet-Hot Coated which I planned on doing when I bought headers.

V6Performance Grounding Kit
There are a lot of different grounding kits out there. I decided to go with a grounding kit made by V6Performance.net. The V6Performance.net grounding kit is a thick 4 gauge wire unlike the 8 gauge wires in the other kits. The kit also comes with a nice set of V6Performance.net battery terminals.
