I think i blew the spider gears in the gearbox becoz it would make a real bad clicking noise and uncontrolably pull to the left. Ive done 2 clutch's on these cars and i wanst changing the gearbox. I took the bearings out of the outer cv cup (including the half shafts) and put the cup back on.
Now its RWD with the 4WD lever up, Lo-RWD with it right up and noWD when its down. She was a good 4WDer she never got stuck and we took her everywhere but times change, warrants fail and springs come out.
The handbrake on the front is only good for skids but too risky while she's low
Since i took the three bolts either side of the tortion bars out its super low but ive blown 2 half shaft cup bearings accelerating round corners.(they dont line up properly)
She backfires on demand and if you've ever been to the skids in chch you should have seen her there
