05/01/07 - wow exactly a year since my last post here... any way i have found out that my grandparents still have the Spirt it still runs but very shoddily at that. They are trying to get it running again but are having trouble with all thier other vehicals, I wonder if it has to do with the fact they never run regular maintenance on them. So someday this car may be back on the road.
05/01/06 - This car has left the family as years of mistreatment has done it in the Transmission is shot the motor has little power left and most of the Exhaust line is corroded beyond repair, so the vehicle will soon be sitting in the local yard.
This is my Dedication page to my Dodge Spirit. As much as my friends hate this car, it has saved my life over 15 times in the four years I have co-owned it with my grandparents. Though I am not making any Income (I am still trying to find a job but it is hard when you live in a small town) and my grandparents are living off retirement, we still find a way to at least try and keep it running, but it is badly in need of a complete overhaul. I have use it for practicing high speed corners, drifting (well ass dragging since it is front wheel drive), I have pushed it well beyond the speed limits but i have yet to go past 103mph, and is also my grandmother's daily driver.

I put a cheap 30wx2channel Tape Deck in it (it has an Aux in for my CD-Player :D)

this is the Xtreme Sound deck I installed
and here is the engine bay, The Valve cover needs to be bolted in three places, two of the bolts were broken off in the holes so I need to get started fixing them soon cause it losses oil pretty fast :P.
