Welcome!
This page is basically here to help me keep track of everything I do to my rover over the foreseeable future. The aim of my project is to make it similar to the 200 Vi.

In it's original state except the smoked indicators

alright mate. think im in a similar position to you. just bought a 216. think first thing is to get myself a decent induction kit. definatly gunno put the grill mesh in. cheap and easy to do and looks effective. headlamps de-oranged will soon follow. one of mine steams up so they need to come apart to seal anyway. ill get pics of mine soon. hope all goes well.

i'd get the lights de-oranged and fitting mesh on the front bumper is pretty easy. I still need to de-orange mine but there a bastard to get off! Just make sure you reseal the light unit properly so you wont get leaks.
