I mounted the fender and glassed over the top to hold the shape I needed. Later I will remove the fender to add more support from behind.
After removing the fender I used fiberglass matting and resin gel to give me the strength I need.
When everything dried I mounted the fender and grinded down the fiberglass on the front to level off the surface. Later I will finish blending so ther is no seam visable.
