The start of a sound system install is the sound deadning. This shows the inside of the door before and after this process. I've used a spray on sound deadner as well as a stick on stinger type deadner.

Here you can see the finish deadning process. With the pods that i had in mind i had to build up the door to meet the actual pod, this is constructed out of MDF rings and fiberglass.
The second pic shows the skeleton of the door pods which will house 2x Kicker RS6's

Here it is covered, fiberglassed, filled and sanded ready for paint (silver). You can see the RS6's in the pods

Here's the wheel well being fiberglassed up as the base of my sub box. Because i am running 2x Kicker S15L7's i need all the space i can get!

It's hard to work out the box design when you have to position this bastard of a sub, so to make light work, i have contructed the subs out of cardboard.

Why stop there, the box got the cardboard treatment too. It makes an excellent template!
