Had to predrill the plexiglass to be able to put screws in it, also have black rubber tubing to cover the wires.. oh, the plexiglass used for the base and sides was courtesy of falmouth ice arena!!!

side view .. yes i know there is a gap, i decided if i tried to make it air tight, i would miss someplace and water would get in and condensation would never get out... so i left it alone. works fine for me...

The hood looks bent huh? well if your a TA owner you are familiar with those lines... i like this look of the head lights better than the flip ups...

I masked out and painted and made the tops black from the back to just over the front of the lights...

Also i just noticed in these pics you can see through the bottom of the base, that was also painted black.. when ever i painted something black i paitned from teh bottom, so the paint couldnt be scratched and it still looks wicked glossy!

and here, i had to cut off the old orange cover, and i epoxied on a new 1/8 cut clear cover.. also before i finished this project i put my strobe lights back in m blinkers and in my head lights, i drilled holes for them between and in front of the two lights in each headlight.. If you look closely you can see the strobe in the blinker...

Ill get close ups of the painted cover soon...also if you look close in this pic (when made bigger) you can see the strobe in front of the headlights.

Here are the pics of the painted covers like I promised.

Get light setup, I have a question for you. Where did you get you KITT light setup and do they make it in blue??? I want to make a undercar setup that gives the illusion of fire. I like a fade in and out effect.

Thanks for checkin out my GTA. My favorite mod so far, has to be the headers, cuz they look real good, all ceramic coated and a nice boost to it. The tips i got off Jegs, no autozone. I see you tryin for a batman look, keep at it, u got lots of work into it, looking good.
