I did not mind the gray bottom cladding, but definitely favored the monochromatic look of the old school Brabus cars. So I got a hold of a complete 16V body kit:
And it was painted to match the rest of the stock 040:
If you are familiar with W201 and W124 cars, you know that our left and right mirrors are not the same shape, so a friend of mine from UK supplied their passenger side (now mounted on my drivers side)
Now, left and right mirrors are finally the same:
