Page 1: my truck in 05Page 2: my truck in 04Page 3: Offroad picsI installed my 4" lift and 35x12.5 tires on 15x10 wheels with 2.75" backspacing I clocked my transfer case using a Go2guy clocking ring . I clocked it all the way up to be above the frame rail. I gained over 5" of clearance. I now have the breakover angle of a blazer in a long bed pickup. The crossmember i built for the clocked transfer case. 1.5" tube with 2" angle iron for the ends and 1/4" bent to fit the mount. the mount is moved 1" to the left for exhaust clearance. i had to add the 1/4" gussets because the tube welded to the angle iron wasn't strong enough and cracked along the weld.Finished my front bumper, I used 27' of 1.5" .120 wall tube. I used my pro-tools mb-105 bender to bend it up.BEFOREAFTERIt doesn't stick out too far and fits perfectly, I still need to add the tabs for my lights and flag and the clevis mounts. That will be next week or soHere are some daylight photos Here is one of my weldsPainted, bolted on, lights installed and wired in
