Time for another update- July 14, 2006
Haven't updated the page in a while but I still got the STE. My nose project didn't go anywhere, I decided to keep the car stock. However, I got a mint dashpad with HUD in it and a dimmer switch and it works excellent.

UPDATE- August 3, 2004
Newest update on the car, I am planning on installing a different style nose from a 2 door, pics will follow!

Welcome to my 1991 Pontiac Grand Prix Special Touring Edition page. If you are looking for a turbo Grand Prix info then you are in a wrong place but welcome to stay and look around.

General STE Information
STE was top of the line 4-door Grand Prix model from 1990-1993. 1990 was the first model year for 4-door Grand Prix and STE trim. 3.1-liter V6 engine and automatic transmission was standard on all STEs. 3.1-liter V6 turbocharged engine was availbale on 1000 turbo STEs in 1990. In 1991 3.4-liter DOHC V6 engine producing 210HP became available. ABS become standard on all 1992 STEs. Some ways you can tell STE from a base or LE model are, STE logos on front doors, plastic panel matching the taillights on the trunk lid, body colored rims, leather interior, moon roof and sporty body kit.

My frind is planning on getting a 93 Grand prix sedan for $500 american off from a frind of his from work. This will be the first time he got a car he bough on his own. i have a 96 SE which has the same front end, but im thinking about changing it to the GT style, if i keep my old one though, im thinking about getting LED 3157 white or something to make the center light bar bright white to make it look more sleek
