I have had this car for 12 yrs. Its was red and looked good but the clear coat was peeling so I took it to my best freinds shop ( FULLBLOWNKUSTOMS.COM ) to repaint it Red.. Next thing I know we take off 90% of the chrome on the body, wielded all the holes and i was ready for paint then off came the door handles and all locks for solinoids. Then the color change and all the flames, Interior is all black. Bench seat replaced with 69 Camero buckets and the rear seat to match.. Car has been completely rewired with extra wiring for Power windows, seats and more.. Transmission has been rebuilt. New cam, lifters and timing chain in 2006..The traditional flames r pearl maroon and the tribual flames r pearl purple into blue.. This Galaxie has WON 30 trophy's at different shows so far. Won BEST Galaxie (hardtops and convertibles) at the 2006 and 2008 All Ford car show in Hillsboro,Oregon..Won Best 63/64 Galaxie (Hardtops and Convertibles) @ 2006 FORD Fever Classic Car Show and Drag Races @ Woodburn Dragstrip, Woodburn, Oregon. And 2008 for all 64's..Just added Hot Wheels 17" chrome wheels makes it look sharp. Next up is a set of 70 Mach 1 buckets to replace the 69 Camero ones to get back to all Ford........
