Welcome to my 1991 Z28's page. I bought this car after totaling my first 92 RS when I was 17 and its been a never ending project just like most!
Interior consists of racing seats with 5 point harnesses and nothing else right now! Plans are to get the motor running right and get it caged then put the interior back in. Custom Autometer gauge setup coming as well. The Heater and A/C is gone is hopes for one of the cleanest DIY Fuel Injected cars in my area.
Its got beat up Pearl White paint and 285/30/19's waiting to go on out back and 245/35/19's for the front. Same wheels as the Jetta I have on here but with a nice lil dish :)
The suspension consists of adjustable Tokico Illuminas and 2" Intrax drop springs. Hot Part strut mounts lay on the strut towers in the bay. I have Lakewood LCA's and a Lakewood Adj. panhard bar as well.
My WHOA comes from Alumnium C4 Vette calipers with stainless lines and 12" slotted/crossdrilled rotors and stock drums out back until I get the rear situated.
I've got the 305 that was in the car to run a best of 9.17 @ 81 in the 8th. Not to shabby considering that was on a 2.4 60'!!!!
BUT... the real GO is in the car but not running correct right now. Its a 2 bolt main roller block with forged rods and pistons stroked to 383 cubes. The Scat cast crank and unsplayed bock kept me from going turbo and around 700hp. Trickflow heads, All Comp valvetrain, Holley Stealthram with a BBK 58mm TB and SVO 30# injectors. MSD ignition and wires, a custom 4" mandrel bent CAI, and headman shorties with a single 3" mandrel bent exhaust goes to a Ravin muffler. It keeps cool with a Stewart Stage II water pump and a BIG alumnium radiator.

As soon as the motor is broken in I've got a nice 150 wet shot patiently waiting to go on :D
If you are in to thirdgens I've relocated the battery to the back, smoothed the fender wells in the bay and made new smooth battery trays. With fresh paint it looks pretty trick!

Heres a quick shot of the old system...
