I installed them and switched the stock bulbs with 39 MM LED's replacements. Makes them really nice, no heat. I chose red but there other colors. The 39 mm's are a little long , but the contact will stretch out to fit and they have 9 Led's in them. 36mm is the stock size.

The 39MM is pretty bright even though it is red. When you mouse over on the bulb on that site they will light up and it's pretty much as bright as they are. I have the factory footwell lights, they are worthless and have a very small bulb. I wanted more light so I went with the 39's. I started using them in my boat a few years ago, 12 V bulbs do not have a long life and use 5 times the power the LED's do. Plus no heat, a 12v bulb discolors the white domes and will melt them.
