Modification and restoration list of my 1990 Ford Taurus SHO with 158,000 body miles:
Exterior:
-Completly repainted, factory electric red clear coat with pearl added into the paint, door jams repainted, complete trucklid repainted, bumpers, mirrirs, ground effects, and engine bay repainted.
-Plus fiberglass hood

-Blacked out B and C pillars

Engine and performance mods:
-New engine block and heads by Jasper, now with a little over 16k miles (warrenty included).
-Sho Shop cold Air intake

-Sho Shop Y-pipe (smoothes out and removes 90 degree bend in exaust)

-Big bore Butterflies
-73mm mass air flow meter
-Rod Shifter installed

Interior:
-Completly swapped, black leather and full power, interior. It was tan before and from the sun in Flordia it was quite faded, the dash was all cracked, and the headliner was falling. New plush carpet installed, perfect black dash installed, and black leather perforated seats installed. Well cleaned and perfect shape interior panels.
-White face reverse glow gauges
-Radar dectector built into the front grill
-'93 black leather sterring wheel
-Non-factory Alarm system
-PSI tire pressure monitoring system built into the rear view mirror
Suspension, wheels and tires:
-17" by 8" Millie miglea's
-225/45/17 Dunlop sp901 summer only performance tires

Sound System(completed while interior was being swapped):
-2" titanium MB quart tweders installed in the dash
-6.5" MB quart speakers in the front doors
-6" by 9" Power acoustik 350watt 4 way speakers (had to custom fit in the car and make my own brackets)
-600watt max power acoustik amp powering the main speakers
-500watt max Alpine sub amp
-10" alumapro aluminum sub
-12 disk Alpine cd changed

If you have no knowledge of the Ford Taurus SHO, which is not uncommon. The secret and what the car is mainly about is the Yamaha designed and built engine that is stuffed into a glorified Taurus body(yes Yamaha does build motorcycle motors and this really is just a huge motocycle engine). The engine is a DOHC 24v 3.0 v6, that produces 220hp and 200ft/lb in stock form all matted to a 5-speed trans. This motor has a dual-stage intake, meaning that a whole different larger air chamber opens up via a vacuum line at a little under 4 grand rpm's to give the car great top end power.
