I got my 1990 Miata in February of 2004. It had only 80k on it, and had been updated with a new windshield, paint, shocks, and tires. I took the center caps off the stock wheels to get more of a "Panasport" look, and then added Optilux 1300's in the mouth behind a high flow grille. One of my favorite looks is early Ferrari's with the lights behind the grille, like a '59 Testarossa, or even the old 166 MM.
The car runs great. I added a chassis braces and a front shock tower brace. The handling is outstanding. The car feels very light and nimble.
Soon after getting the car, I read about the potential problems with the cranskshaft on '90s. I'll probably end up changing the crankshaft bolt and hope for the best.
