Bobsbird's 1994 Ford Thunderbird

This is my 94 Thunderbird. I bought it completely stock with 35,000 miles. My goal is to make it a street machine that will run with the best but still be able to cruise around town and get above 25mpg. I chose this stock V6 because I wanted a challenge. The sleeper effect is a bonus. I took this picture at my car's second home, the car wash.

I just got done with the alternately flashing turn signal mod. You can't tell in this picture, but the inside light flashes opposite of the outside light. It looks pretty neat at night. The mod is easy to do and you can find instructions and pictures at TCCOA.com in the tech articles. I would recommend this to any T-bird or Cougar owner.

I am working on "gutting" a spare mass airflow sensor. I am cutting out the center metal and boring the hole larger. I tried flipping the mass airflow upside down and it does give you more power. However like most performance mods the fuel mileage went down. I'm still messing with that. I'll try to post pictures ASAP.

I just got pictures of the subs and amp, check out the interior page.

I really need to get my shift kit installed. I am tired of looking at it. Go away snow.

Dayton Daytona S/R 215/65/R15s. They ride very well and the traction is much better. It doesn't roast the tires as easily. I definitely need more power.

I just got my clear corners. They clean up the front of the car well.

Not bad, I prefer a sleeper to a show car, because nobody cares what it looks like when they can only see your tail lights. Check mine out. I have to admit, I took mine through some mud, with pretty much the same result. Sucks about the deer, though.

Our cars are beautiful from the factory and in some cases need some customizing. Mine is stock except I removed the mufflers and installed chrome tips. I'm in VTCI..........Hal
